• Example Mission: Join a 3-person crew to audit and document a new open-source software library.
• Proof Needed: GitHub commit history, final documentation, and peer review from the crew.
III. Founders – The Scale
Focus: Launching impact campaigns and solving systemic problems. Founders leverage their proven reputation to access Hive funding and lead large-scale projects.
• Example Mission: Propose and launch a decentralized platform connecting urban farms with local distributors.
• Proof Needed: Project whitepaper, working prototype, and approval from Hive Governance.
IV. Benefactors, The Legacy
Focus: Mentorship, governance, and guiding the Hive’s future. Benefactors are the Hive's most proven members. They validate critical missions, mentor the next wave, and guard the ecosystem's integrity.

How the Trust System Works:
1. Select a Mission: Choose a mission from the public board or propose your own.
2. Execute and Submit: Complete the task and submit your proof (links, data, screenshots, code).
3. Verification: Your proof is rigorously reviewed by peers and validated by Benefactors. We verify the action and the impact.
4. Earn and Rank: Once validated, you earn Proof Points and rise on the Trustboard.
5. Unlock Opportunity: Higher status unlocks new roles, access to paid work (via bounties or Hive employment), crew invites, and the ability to request funding.
